What to Do

Fishing
Big St. Germain Lake is a 1,617-acre, class-A musky lake that connects to two other local bodies of water. Cast a line during any part of the year, and you’re likely to pull in your limit of musky, walleye, panfish, crappie, perch or northern pike. In fact, the Wisconsin DNR lists it as one of the 10 best fishing lakes in the state!
These year-round Northwoods cabins are close to the Bo-Boen Snowmobile trail and the Winter Park XC Ski Center. We encourage you to visit our white-blanketed landscape for snowy hikes, skiing and snowboarding, snowmobile expeditions, and of course: ice fishing on Big St. Germain Lake.

Hiking
With hiking, biking, and outdoor trail systems just next door, the active adventures are never-ending.  View colorful wildflowers in the spring, enjoy warm summer nights made for starry skies and sunsets, hike down winding paths filled with breathtaking fall colors, or snowshoe through some fresh powder. Some of our guests’ favorite activities include hiking, biking, campfires, swimming, boating, and fishing.
Close to the resort are multiple bars, restaurants, and ice cream shoppes. There are food and drink options everyone can enjoy that are just a short drive, bike-ride, or walk away. Our local businesses always look forward to meeting new visitors and are willing to accommodate to your dietary needs.
